Room with almost all accessories. Excellent setting right in the heart of the city. Particularly helpful and very attentive staff and nothing too much trouble.

Nice apartment, has marvellous setting close enough to markets, the subway and shopping centre and metro, food and shops. This place has modern and great-sized rooms with all facilities.

We had a delightful stay at the apartment. the room was clean, bright, and spacious, with plenty of room for our luggage. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the internet worked perfectly. the location was very convenient, close to Dongzhimen station and within walking distance of Sanlitun. the neighborhood was posh and modern, with lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Beijing was enjoyable. We would definitely choose Yiyang City Center again. Cons: Nothing to complain about! .

We had a real GOOD stay in Beijing not far from eateries, key areas in Beijing, and 2 subway stations. It was located right in the heart of the town. Also, it was based near to the metro line to airport.

The view from our rooms was unpleasant.

We where near workers stadium. A shopping area and a supermarket next door was so handy. Location is very good!

The property is fairly clean and close to a shopping center with a food court. The apartment is well situated near the subway, providing easy access to many tourist places in Beijing.

Great location, nice stuff and complete set of kitchenware. I used to stay in apartment rather than hotel when traveling, take advantage of the washing machine than paid laundry, cook our own breakfast, more comfortable than hotel room and save money. This time the Yuanjia apt is the right choice again. Will repeat to stay here next time.

We had a fantastic stay at Yiyang City Center! the location was perfect, with a subway station just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the city. the apartment complex was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the manager, Robert, went above and beyond to help us when we forgot our bags containing our passports. He quickly contacted us and arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and return the bags. We felt right at home in the fully equipped apartment and appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff. We highly recommend Yiyang City Center to everyone!

The location of the apartment is really great!! There are 2 metro station and 2 big malls (with enourmous amount of cafes) just in 5 min on foot. The room was big and clean with all the appliances working well. And the manager (Robert) is so nice and helpful!

The room at Yiyang City Center was spacious and well-appointed, making our stay comfortable. We were pleased with the fully-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the room. The location was also great, with easy access to the subway and nearby restaurants. we had a pleasant experience at Yiyang City Center.

The apartment is fine. It's clean, beds are confortable, peaceful, and I liked the location. Subway station is near (not easy for foreigners to use buses). At the basement floor there is a good restaurant that my two young children have appreciated a lot. A big mall (Ginza mall) is near the subway station. You can buy fruit and other just going out of the building. Robert, the manager, was kind and could arrange a pick up from us from the airport.

We were picked up at the airport which was great because our flight from Hong Kong was delayed and the apartment would have been difficult to find. Location is between two subway stops and there is a great assortment of places to eat close by.

We were surprised that we had to pay cash for the room upon arriving. But the price for the apartment was very economical so it wasn't much of a problem.
